The Warrior’s Way is a visually stunning modern martial arts western starring Korean actor Dong-gun Jang who plays an Asian warrior assassin forced to hide in a small town in the American Badlands.  Rounding out the ensemble cast are Kate Bosworth (Superman Returns), Oscar©-winner Geoffrey Rush (Shine), Danny Huston (The Kingdom), and Tony Cox (the Hustle).  The fantasy action film was written and directed by newcoming Sngmoo Lee and is being produced by Barrie Osborne (Lord of the Rings), Jooick Lee (Seven Swords), and Michael Peyser (Hackers).

The movie opened December 3rd in theaters nationwide.

DJ Hero opened up a whole new musical audience to the world of rhythm-based gaming. DJ Hero 2 hopes to continue the trend when it spins into gaming consoles this fall. The DJ Hero 2 set list will feature over 100 artists diversifying music with everything from rap to heavy metal.

Activision released a press release this week talking about the game and confirming the DJ Hero 2 artists. I don’t know how good the game will be but the list of artists is impressive. As a veteran Rock Band and Guitar Hero player, I will admit that I have never spun a track on DJ Hero. But this collection of songs may wind up inspiring me to give DJ Hero 2 a shot.

“With DJ Hero 2, we wanted to create the ultimate party experience of 2010, and that meant not only revamping and adding social and multiplayer game modes, including full microphone support, and all-new levels of creative freedom, but also mixing and mashing hits from over 100 of the biggest and most popular artists on the planet,” said Dan Neil, Music Director, FreeStyleGames. “We can’t wait to drop details on which of these artists’ hottest tracks, as well as how we’ve mixed them together exclusively for the game, later this year.”

“With the success of DJ Hero and overwhelming response to its soundtrack, we are excited to be working even more closely with our label partners, including Interscope Geffen A&M, on DJ Hero 2 to hand-pick the best music from the most recognizable artists in the world,” said Tim Riley, Vice President of Music Affairs, Activision.

Grease Sing-A-Long will be dancing back into movie theaters on July 8. Grease is coming back re-mastered and with a new twist. Subtitles and fun graphics will accompany Grease Sing-A-Long to allow rabid fans to sing a long with the movie. Relive the fun or introduce a new generation to the “original High School Musical,” Grease.
